A couple of plugins I really like:

SexyBookmarks
Looks like you are running it on your blog. Makes it easy for people to share blog posts to their social networks. I like that you can pick and choose which social networks to include.

Social Links
Easily add links to all your social networks.

Disqus Comment System
Trialing at the moment and am really liking it. Gives people options to use their facebook, twitter or OpenID when leaving a comment. 

Facebook Like
Adds a Facebook Like button to blog posts. Makes it really easy for readers to &#039;like&#039; content. Puts it on their facebook page. A more subtle way to get traffic rather than just simple &#039;share to facebook&#039; function.</description>
